Franklin View is an up market Guesthouse situated on the Northern slopes of Naval Hill  (The highest house on the Northern slopes) with a magnificent view over the suburb of Waverley with its beautiful trees of purple, orange and green during daytime and an ocean of flickering lights at night.  The rustic atmosphere of yellow wood and leather in the spacious living area gives you a warm feeling of comfort.  Enjoy a misty morning breakfast in the company of awakening birds.

• Take the R700 EEUFEES ROAD exit into Bloemfontein from the N1
• From Cape Town (travelling in a northerly direction), turn RIGHT at the top of the off ramp.
• From Johannesburg (travelling in a southerly direction), turn LEFT at the top of the off ramp.
• Continue driving down EEUFEES ROAD (60KM ZONE)for approximately 6kms until you reach a traffic circle.
• Continue driving straight through the traffic circle (over WILCOCKS ROAD) until you reaches the first traffic lights – this is WAVERLEY ROAD. The Bays Village shopping centre will be on your right.
• Turn left into WAVERLEY ROAD and continue driving down the road until you reach the 4th road on your right hand side – this is INNES AVENUE.
• FRANKLIN VIEW GUESTHOUSE is approximately 250 METERS down the road on your right hand side.
• The guesthouse is on top of the hill.(No:9E ) .Turn right between no 7 & no 9 (You will see a tree on the pavement with numbers) . Follow the driveway(Pavers) up the hill.
• Turn left at 9B (Black gates) and pass 9A ( garage ) on the left and follow the driveway (Lights at night) up the hill to the guesthouse.

 From the center of Bloemfontein

• Take PRESIDENT BRAND STREET and travel NORTH to ZASTRON STREET. Drive through the traffic lights into KLOOF STREET. At the T-Junction(Barnes Street) turn right and then left in Aliwal Street.(Follow the directions below).

 From Zastron Street & City Centre

• From Zastron Street, turn left into Kloof Street. At the T-Junction(Barnes Street) turn right and then left in Aliwal Street.(Follow the directions below).
• ALIWAL STREET becomes MILNER ROAD.
• Whilst driving down MILNER ROAD at the traffic lights (Bays Village shopping center will be on the left), turn right into WAVERLEY ROAD.
• The 4th road on your right hand side – this is INNES AVENUE. FRANKLIN VIEW GUESTHOUSE is approximately 250 METERS down the road on your right hand side.
• The guesthouse is on top of the hill.(No:9E ) .
• Turn right between no 7 & no 9 (You will see a tree on the pavement with numbers) . Follow the driveway(Pavers) up the hill.
• Turn left at 9B (Black gates) and pass 9A ( garage ) on the left and follow the driveway (Lights at night) up the hill to the guesthouse.
